Our small, well-equipped Gym is looked after by our in-house teams and serviced by experts annually. Boasting equipment from Schwinn, Body Core and Life Fitness, as well as free weights, yoga mats and space to exercise. Our shower facilities mean you can work out before work and still arrive clean and fresh.
Our in-house cleaning team prides itself on keeping AW House in tip top condition. They work hard to maintain this using quality products and routines perfected over time. While they are often unseen, it is their work that gives the first impression when visitors arrive and probably the one that earns the most comments.
We want everyone to be able to use AW House when they need to so have worked hard to make the building as accessible as we can. Automatic doors allow wheelchair access to reception and our spacious lifts allow visitors with mobility issues access all floors. There are toilet facilities on each floor, including some with extra space and additional aids such as handles etc. Guests needing anything more should ask at reception as we are always willing to help where we can.
AW House has CCTV throughout the building in all common areas, in the car park, driveway and at both front and rear entrances. Installed and maintained by local security experts, they help us keep the building a safe, secure place to work in.
Our 81-space car park is both access and ANPR controlled. Spaces are allocated to each tenant and the automatic main gate allows tenants to leave safely even late at night. CCTV covers all our parking for added reassurance.
In addition to our main canteen, there are break rooms on the first and second floors, allowing tenants in those areas to make a tea or coffee or store food in the fridge.
